During this 8 hour excursion, you will have a beautiful tour along the  natural park de Montserrat with spectacular views of the mountains and its massive rocks over 4000 feet high, visible for miles, with weird shapes and rounded peaks that jut into the sky
 On the way to Monserrat we will visit Codorniu Cellars –bithplace of the famoust Spanish Cava (local champain). We will lern the whole process of its creation   and finaly  will taste it! Codornu is the largest underground cellars in the world that stocks up to 100 million bottles, hpused in a modernista building which is the monument itself known as the Cathedral of the Cava. Arriving to the Monserrat monastry you will learn more about this  sacred place
Montserrat is a Benedictine monastery nearly 1000 years old, perched half way up the mountain and sheltered by its peaks its 725m above the sea level. Main attraction of the Monserratt is a basilica with the Chapel of Our Lady of Montserrat known as La Moreneta, the patron saint of Catalonia
On arrival to Montserrat your guide will give a tour to orient you to the main places of interest: monastery, basilica, museum with a marvelous collection of paintings, Stations of the Cross, as well as bars, restaurants, shops and home products market.  
Moreover we will have a chance to hear the oldest boys’ choir in Europe situated in this ancient Monastry. The community of monks runs a boys’ school devoted to the study of music.

You will have a free time for lunch and walk.
